摘要

Abstract

The traditional guidance pattern of engineering graduation project has some shortcomings,such as the great spontaneity of proposition,the different difficulty levels,the limited coverage of the title selections,the simplification of researching content,and etc.It is not good for students to cultivate their cooperative spirit and to organize and coordinate.Besides it is not conducive to build up a good teaching team.In this paper,the authors propose a large projects and small issues guidance mode in engineering graduation project,which takes the teacher's research project as the background while the project is divided into some small tasks.The guidance mode adopts the task group team guidance and regularly report form.It is beneficial to establish a good communication between teachers,students and students and teachers.Taking a research project "automatic fire control system for oil tank-farm" for example,it illustrates the specific organization and implementation process of the large projects and small issues graduation project guidance mode.The practice has proved that this guidance mode is helpful to cultivate students' comprehensive quality,such as the ability to study,to do scientific research and to cooperate with each other in a team and so on.It not only can improve the employment competitiveness and the ability to adapt to new environment,but also have a certain promoting role in training teachers.
