摘要

Abstract

A long-distance environment monitoring system based on ZigBee and Ethernet Technology is designed in the article.It takes full advantage of ZigBee technology on data sampling and full advantage of Ethernet on transmitting through long distance.As a result,it solves the problem that data can only be transmitted in short distance with ZigBee technology.At the same time,it eliminates the problem of cable placing in Ethernet technology.The result of the test shows that this system run well and it meets the demand of normal data gathering work.
