光阳极的前后处理对DSSC性能的影响
Effects of pre-treatment and post-treatment of photoanode on the properties of DSSC

Abstract
In order to inhibit the back reaction of photogenerated electrons produced in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC), the photoanode conductive glass of DSSC were pretreated with two kinds of TiO2 sol prepared from tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) and TiCL4 respectively. In addition, the photoanode TiO2 film of DSSC was post-treated with the TiO2 sol prepared from TBT. The effects of pre-treatment and post-treatment on the properties of DSSC were investigated under AM 1.5 and dark environment. The results show that both the pre-treatment and post-treatment of photoanode increase the photoelectric conversion efficiency of DSSC, in which the effect of pre-treatment using TiO2 sol prepared from TBT is most significant; The photoelectric conversion efficiency of DSSC increases with increasing post-treatment times, and the efficiency reaches 5.98% after three times of post-treatment.关键词
