Abstract
The Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9(CGO) solid electrolyte was prepared by using convential sintering after dry-pressing. The samples were sintered in air for 4 h from 1 300 ℃ to 1 500℃. The line shrinkage rate, relative density, phase and micro-morphology of the samples were analyzed. By contrasting the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), the changes of the resistance of grain and grain boundary of the samples were studied. The conductivity and the activation energy of the samples were calculated. The sample sintered at 1 500 ℃ possesses the maximal conductivity of 0.03 S/cm at testing temperature of 800℃ The sample sintered at 1 300 ℃ exhibit the minimal activation energy of 100.29 kJ/mol.关键词
