Abstract
The ZnO-BaO-Bi2O3-B2O3 system low-melting glass was prepared by melt-quenching method. The effects of Bi2O3 content on thermal properties and volume resistivity of the prepared glasses were studied. The results show that the glass density and linear expansion coefficient increase with the increasing of Bi2O3 content, while the expansion transition temperature (tg), expansion softening temperature (tf) and volume resistivity (pv) decrease. tg, tf and pv decrease rapidly when Bi2O3 content increases from 0 to 12% (mole fraction), while the tendency slows down when Bi2O3 content increases from 12% to 25%(mole fraction).关键词
