摘要

Abstract

Fe40Co40Zr7Nb2AlB9Cu amorphous ribbons were prepared by the single roller melt-spinning method and isothermally annealed at different temperatures. The effects of annealing temperature on the structure, thermal behavior and magnetic property of alloy were investigated. The results show that there are two crystallization exothermic peaks in the DTA curve of Fe40Co40Zr7Nb2AlB9Cu amorphous alloy. The crystallization activation energies are 267.3 U/mol and 188.3 kJ/mol, respectively. The crystallization process is amorphous - amorphous + a-FeCo - α-FeCo + Co2Zr + ZrCo3B2 + Fe(Co)3Zr. Both the crystallization volume fraction and grain size of a-FeCo crystalline phase increase with the increasing of annealing temperature. The coercivity keeps almost unchanged below 873 K and reaches a minimum value (0.27 kA/m) at 873 K, then it increases gradually above 873 K.
