A Study on the Construction of Teachers in Our Country＇s Vocational Education In an International Comparative Perspective

Abstract
According to international experience, there are several important conditions for strengthening the teacher team specialized in vocational education, that is, normalizing the entry mechanism, perfecting the culti- vation mode of teachers, stressing professional development and training on the job, and stabilizing the teacher team. There are some issues in our country＇s construction of vocational education teachers compared with in- ternational experience. Some measures should be taken to improve relevant mechanisms.关键词
