全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生是一种新型硕士培养模式,培养目标是高层次的中小学教师,其明确的专业性和定向性要求培养过程高度重视实践教学,培养教学实践能力。课程设置需要注重实践取向,课程教学需要注重理论联系实际,实践教学需要综合运用多种教师专业发展培训形式,注重临床教学和模拟教学,健全教育实践基地学校和专业实训基地,充分发挥双导师制功能,并通过行动研究提高教育硕士教学改革研究能力。

The full-time master-degree graduate student in education is a new-type training mode. Its training obiective is primary and secondary school teachers at a high level.
