全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生是一种新型硕士培养模式，培养目标是高层次的中小学教师，其明确的专业性和定向性要求培养过程高度重视实践教学，培养教学实践能力。课程设置需要注重实践取向，课程教学需要注重理论联系实际，实践教学需要综合运用多种教师专业发展培训形式，注重临床教学和模拟教学，健全教育实践基地学校和专业实训基地，充分发挥双导师制功能，并通过行动研究提高教育硕士教学改革研究能力。
