奥施康定联合加巴喷丁应用于癌痛的疗效及对免疫功能影响的研究OA
Study on curative effects and impact on immune function of Oxycontin combined with Gabapentin in treatment for cancer pain
目的 探讨奥施康定联合加巴喷丁应用于癌痛的疗效、安全性、成本及其对免疫功能的影响.方法 将180例癌痛患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A、B、C组患者分别给予奥施康定、加巴喷丁、奥施康定联合加巴喷丁进行止痛治疗,比较三组患者治疗前后癌痛程度的改变、毒副反应、药物费用、生活质量和免疫功能各项指标.结果 与治疗前相比,三组患者的癌痛均有不同程度的缓解,C组与A、B组相比,差异有显著性(P＜0.05); C组毒副作用明显轻于A、B组;C组患者人均花费529…查看全部>>
