Abstract
The identification of milk adulteration is one of the current difficulties for milk quality control in our country and of great significance to ensure the food safety of milk products.This article reviews the current situation of milk adulteration,and focuses on the current domestic detection techniques for milk adulteration,and forecasts future technology development trends for the identification of milk adulteration,with the aim of providing theoretical evidence for further improvement of food safety detection techniques.关键词
