用氨基酸自动分析仪测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中的16种氨基酸
Determination of 16 kinds of amino acid in infant formula milk powder by amino acid analyzer
摘要
Abstract
16 kinds of amino acid in infant formula milk powder were determined by hydrochloric acid hydrolyzed-amino acid analyzer.It showed that the correlating coefficient were all above 0.999 between the linear range of 12.5 ～ 250μmol/L,relative standard deviations of repeatability were all within 2.0%,the average recovery rate of each 3 consistency were between 95.0% ～ 105.1%;After 5 or 20h,the result of average losing-rate（20 ～ 28℃） about the testing liquids that hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid displayed that 15 kinds of amino acid（except Met）were all below 1%,and the average losing-quantity of Met were 0.005nmol/20μL 5h and 0.02nmol/20μL 20h.The conclusion illuminated that it could gain a perfect separate effect and relative exact result by this method.关键词
