ICP-OES法分析测定大红袍花椒中的矿质元素
Determination of mineral elements of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.by the method of ICP-OES
摘要
Abstract
By wet digestion procedure to preparing samples,the mineral elements in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.were completely determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The results showed there were 16 mineral elements in Rhodiola kirilowii.They were K,Ca,P,Mg,S,Al,Fe,Sr,Na,Mn,B,Zn,Ba,Cu,Ti and Cr.Among them,K and Ca were richer in macroelements,while Al,Fe,Sr,Mn and B were richer in microelements.The recovery rate of this method was between 90.1% and 109.1%,The RSD of the determining result was between 0.55% and 8.95%.The method was simple,rapid and credible.Its sensibility was also high.The method could be used to analyze multi-elements in the same time so that fulfill the analysis of actual samples.These results provided some reference in relative research of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.关键词
