摘要

Abstract

The use of a ceramic membrane of 10000u to purify alginate was evaluated.The effects of operation temperature,trans-membrane pressure(TMP) and the ratio of liquid dilution on permeation flux were investigated.The results showed that permeation flux tended to remain stable after running 1h.A stable permeation flux of 75L/(h·m2) was obtained under the optimized conditions which were 0.08MPa of trans-membrane pressure,3 of the ratio of dilution liquid and 50℃ of operation temperature.The purity of sodium alginate obtained through the purification process was 96.25%.The circular dichroism method showed that the M/G was 1.4845.The average relative molecular weight was 2.13×106u measured by HPGFC,and the spectral properties of sodium alginate were investigated.
