摘要

Abstract

Five kinds of commercial macroporous resins had been selected to purify total triterpenoids from the Caculis of Schisandra Chinensis(Turcz.) Baill.lt found that AB-8 resin had the maximum adsorption amount for the purification total triterpenes.The results showed that AB-8 resin was the most appropriate resin for the purification of total triterpenes,with working solution pH 6, flow velocity ] BV/h, and ethanol desorption agent concentration of 70%.With the purification of AB-8 resin, desorption ratio and product purity reached 90.52% and 34.26%.The process was simple and practicable for the purification of total triterpenes from the Caculis of Schisandra Chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.
