摘要

Abstract

The response surface experiment was employed to optimize the autohydrolysis of antarctic krill,in order to offer some reason for the deep processing of the antarctic krill.Based on single factor studies,a three-variable,five-level Central Composition experimental design and response surface methodology were employed to optimize the autohydrolysis of Antarctic krill.Optimum conditions of autohydrolysis were as follows,temperature(41.10℃),initial pH(8.74),and material ratio(0.54).
