一点红提取物体外抗氧化活性研究
Study on antioxidant activity of extracts of Emilia sonchifolia(Linn.) DC in vitro

Abstract
Objective:To study the antioxidant effects of extracts of Emilia sonchifolia(Linn.) DC.Methods:Get six different parts of the samples by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,organic solvent extraction,macroporous resin purification.Compared with the ascorbic acid and 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol,these samples were tested for scavenging effects on the hydroxyl radical and the DPPH free radical,reducing ability and inhibiting capacity of oil oxidation.Conclusion:The results showed that the samples had antioxidant activities,the part of 50% ethanol elution showed the better activity than other samples,but weaker than the ascorbic acid and 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol.关键词
