一点红提取物体外抗氧化活性研究
Study on antioxidant activity of extracts of Emilia sonchifolia（Linn.） DC in vitro
摘要
Abstract
Objective：To study the antioxidant effects of extracts of Emilia sonchifolia（Linn.） DC.Methods：Get six different parts of the samples by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,organic solvent extraction,macroporous resin purification.Compared with the ascorbic acid and 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol,these samples were tested for scavenging effects on the hydroxyl radical and the DPPH free radical,reducing ability and inhibiting capacity of oil oxidation.Conclusion：The results showed that the samples had antioxidant activities,the part of 50% ethanol elution showed the better activity than other samples,but weaker than the ascorbic acid and 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methylphenol.关键词
