摘要
Abstract
Two novel quercetin derivatives coupled with nitrate moiety were prepared with alkylene dibromide and AgNO3 from quercetin.Their structures were characterized by 1H-NMR and ESI-MS.Their capability of scavenging the DPPH· and·OH radicals were evaluated.The preliminary assay results showed that the products possessed strong scavenging activity on reducing power on DPPH· and ·OH radicals with maximum scavenging rate 88.7%,90.1% and 78.6%,80.6%,effectively scavenged DPPH· and ·OH radicals with IC50 of 4.2,4.5mg/L and 19.2,22.3mg/L,respectively.关键词
