摘要

Abstract

The cellulose enzymatic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus by using response surface method which was on the basis of simple factor experiment has been studied.The optimum enzymatic-aided extraction conditions were:extraction time was 32.28min,temperature at 41℃ and cellulose enzyme amount was 0.57%,pH of extracting media was 6.37.Under these conditions,9.227% yield of total flavonoids was obtained.
