Study on the dihydromyricetin liposome preparation by membrane-ultrasonic method
摘要
Abstract
The membrane-ultrasonic method was used to prepare dihydromyricetin liposome.The optimum conditions were determined by the single factor and response surface tests:the phospholipid:cholesterin was 6.2:1,the phospholipids:dihydromyricetin was 4.1:1,the ultrasonic time was 34min,the buffer solution pH was 7.0.Under the optimum conditions,the encapsulation efficiency was 88.58%.Preparation of dihydromyricetin liposome by membrane-ultrasonic method was simple and feasible,it had high encapsulation efficiency and good stability.关键词
