Abstract
In recent years,with the increase of edible betel nut's consumers,edible betel nut production is growing rapidly,and its security issue is also drawing great attention.The security problems often emerge in the edible betel nut's processing for the past few years,the present situation of its security risk assessment,the detecting methods and their development were reviewed.Besides,some measures to solve the problems were discussed.关键词
