摘要

Abstract

The supervisory role of the public policies and regulations for food safety systems establishment were researched ,when the food risks were divided into two types-high and low,and the supervisory role of the retailers in the supply chain further studied by games analysis.The results indicated that whatever the risks were, the public policies and regulations absoluted supervision would enforce the production enterprise voluntarily to establish the food safety system.When food contamination risk was lower,the retailer supervisory role in the food supplied chain would enforce the production more enterprise voluntarily to implement the food safety measures.
