摘要

Abstract

Objective:To set up an assay method for the determination of total polyphenol in walnut husk.Method:The determinatiolq conditions of total polyphenol content in walnut husk including the detection wavelength,the amount of sodium carbonate solution, Folin-Ciocalteu reagent, reaction temperature and time were studied and gallic acid was used as a standard.Results.The standard curve was linear in the range of 1-7~g/mL(y =0.1031x + 0.0793, R2 = 0.9996) and the optimum conditions for determining total polyphenol in walnut husk were as followed:l.0mL of the walnut husk extract polyphenol, ].OmL of Folin-Ciocalteu reagent dosage and 4.0mL of 15% sodium carbonate solution,treatment at 30~C for 1.5h,the average recovery was 100.2% (RSD =0.91% ).Under these conditions,the total polyphenol-content of walnut husk was 3.306mg /g.Conclusion:This method was simple and quick,the result was a~Jratp, r~.r~eatahl~, and .~tahl~..It can be used for the determination of total oolvohenol content in walnut husk.
