摘要

Abstract

Based on the Low Field-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (LF-NMR)technology, a new method to discriminate varieties of rice was proposed.Rice samples of different producing areas were tested by the CPMG sequence of LF-NMR.Principal Component Analysis(PCA) method was used to analyze and process the sample data.The results showed that.Rice samples of different producing areas were distinguished effectively on the plot of PCA score.The new method proposed was capable to discriminate the varieties of rice,which provided a new method to discriminate rice varieties.
