静态顶空-气相色谱质谱联用法测定进出口油脂中的四种苯系物污染OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Determination four kinds of BTEX in imports and exports oils and fats by headspace GC-MS
采用静态顶空技术和气相色谱质谱仪(GC-MS)联用,检测了进出口油脂中苯、甲苯和二甲苯等苯系物的污染。探讨了色谱柱、恒温温度、平衡时间对测定结果的影响。结果表明,采用HP-5色谱柱,样品恒温温度为90%,平衡时间为40min时,目标化合物测定效果好。方法检出限小于0.04rag/kg,添加回收率在89.4%(邻二甲苯)-112.5%(甲苯)之间。相对标准偏差(RSD)小于12.4%。该法具有操作简单、能够准确定性、灵敏度较高的特点。
Benzene, toluene, p-xylene and o-xylene in imports and exports oils and fats were analyzed by headspace GC- MS.The effects of chromatographic column, bath temperature and equilibrium time were investigated.The results showed that the optimal conditions of determination were HP-5 chromatographic column, bath temperature 90~C, equilibrium time 40min.The detection limit, recovery and RSD were less than 0.04mg/kg, 89.4%~]12.5% and less than 12.4% .The meth…查看全部>>
