摘要

Abstract

For increasing the yield of Chlorella powder, the effect of feed concentration, inlet air temperature and feed flow rate were investigated based on a three- level three- factor Box- Behnken design.The spray drying conditions which influenced the yield of Chlorella powder was optimized by response surface method.Experimental data were analyzed by Design Expert software which indicated that the optimum drying parameters were as follows. the inlet air temperature was 200℃,the feed concentration was 77.8g/L and the feed flow rate was 100mL/h. Under those conditions, the predicted value of Chlorella powder yield was 48.18% which was consistent with the measured value 47.20%.
