摘要
Abstract
The immunomodulatory effects of sepia melanin on hypoimmune mice were investigated.Different dosages of sepia were given to normal mice and hypoimmune model mice induced by polarimetry, respectively.The spleen and thymus index, phagocytic rate and phagocytic index, Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity and the amount of hemolytic antibody in serum (HCs0).Sepia could significantly increase the spleen and thymus index,the amount of hemolytic antibody, enhance the phagocytic activity of macrophages and response of Delayed-Type Hypersensitivity in model mice.Sepia melanin could stimulate both the specific and non-specific immune function in mice and the effects of middle and high dose group were more evident.关键词
