Abstract
Trans fatty acid （TFA）is generic name of a type of unsaturated fatty acid that contains trans double bond configuration.It widely existed in some of the common food and linked with human health closely. The paper summarized resources, hazards, detection methods of trans fatty acid and made a prospect for its research directions.关键词
