Abstract
As the lutein is widespread in nature dihydroxy carotenoids, and it also is a human eye retina main component of macular pigment.Lutein could be an effective adjuvant therapy to prevent and age-related macular disease and cataract and other degenerative eye diseases,and its used in the field of bioactive substances have a wide application prospect.Marigold is the industrial extraction and separation on the ideal of industrial raw materials lutein.ln this paper, lutein extracted from marigold exclusive varieties,the molecular structure of lutein and lutein stability at home and abroad in recent years,six aspects of the relevant research work of marigold lutein and the prospect were reviewed.关键词
