近红外光谱分析技术在我国大宗水果品质无损检测中的应用研究进展
Progress in application of near infrared spectroscopy to nondestructive detection of big yield fruits' quality in China
摘要
Abstract
The near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) technique has found wide application in products and food quality detection since 1990's because of its characteristics such as very high speed, no sample preparation, nondestruction,no pollution, low cost etc. Many research works have been done on fruit quality detection using NIRS technique both home and abroad, from static laboratory investigations to online investigations.In the present paper,many latest studies and analysis process focused on NIRS to determine the big yield fruits' quality in China in recent years were summarized briefly.At the same time,the existing problems of NIRS were pointed out and the prospect of NIRS technique was discussed. Finally, NIRS technique would combine with network technique to realize on-line update and upgrade of NIR models in the future. And spectral imaging technique will be the development trend of NIRS technique in the 2]st century,which would provide reference for Chinese researchers.关键词
