高产琥珀酸放线杆菌的诱变选育
Mutation and screening for high yield Actinobacillus succinogenes
摘要
Abstract
The Actinobacillus succinogenes mdrh-5 was treated with ultraviolet and nitrosoguanidine.A mutant was isolated based on an efficient screening method combining color-changing circle,monofluoroacetate tolerance with CuSO_4 fast analysis.Compared with the wild type strain,the mutant's succinic acid production increased 43%,together with 66% decrease of acetic acid production,and the mutant's heritability was stable.关键词
