青果总黄酮的含量测定及超声提取工艺研究
Study on content determination and ultrasonic extraction techniques of total flavones from the dried fruits of Canarium album

Abstract
Aim:To investigate the contents of total flavones in the dried fruits of Canarium album and the ultrasonic extraction techniques of total flavones.Methods:Via eliminating impurity with ether,extracting with methanol and taking rutin as comparison,the contents of total flavones was determined with spectrophotometry.On the basis of single factor experiments,the orthogonal experiment was used in the optimization of technological parameters.Results:The contents of total flavones in the dried fruits of Canarium album was 1.841%,the optimum conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 90%,extracting temperature 50℃,the ratio of liquid to solid 14 and extracting time 50min.By the above conditions,the flavones extraction rate was 94.63%.Conclusion:This method was simple,accurate and reproducible.The ultrasonic extraction techniques of total flavones were quick and efficient.关键词
