Research progress in detection techniques for foodborne pathogen
摘要
Abstract
Several kinds of detection techniques for common foodborne pathegens were reviewed.Detection methods based on PCR were analyzed especially,and target genes and their primers of some foodborne pathogens involved in PCR detection were summarized.Furthermore,some suggestions were given to the development of detection techniques for foodborne pathegens.关键词
