Research progress in fruit and vegetable preservative of Chinese herbal medicine
摘要
Abstract
Refering to the literature and patent,application of the extracts from Chinese herbal medicine in keeping vegetables and fruits fresh which included antibacterial mechanism,antibacterial tests and its applications were summarized.The problems about research of natural antistaling agent had been analyzed and that the prospect of its application was forecasted to provide science reference for the research of natural antistaling agent.关键词
