高效液相色谱法测定老陈醋中的5-羟甲基糠醛
Determination of 5- hydroxymethylfurfural （5-HMF） in over mature vinegar by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
A method for the determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural by high-performance liquid chromatography in old mature vinegar was developed.Samples were analyzed on a Cls column at 284nm using a mixture of methanol and water（5：95, v/v）as the mobile phase.Within the linear range of 0.0143 - 0.1001μg , the method was accurate with the range of average recoveries rate and relative standard deviation of 88.27%-96.69% and 2.09% 4.70%, respectively.关键词
