响应曲面法优化芦荟蒽醌提取工艺的研究
Study from on the optimal extraction of anthraquinone Aloe by response surface methodology

Abstract
Central composite design of response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the ultrasonic -assisted extraction conditions of anthraquinone from Aloe barbadensis. Experimental design was used to investigate the effect of four factors( extraction time, ratio of solvent to raw material, ethanol concentration, power of ultrasonic) on anthraquinone production.The regression equation of the relationship between the four factors was also established.The predictive model of polynomial quadratic equation was analyzed by Minitab software.The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions of the Aloe barbadensis anthraquinone were as follows. ultrasonic extraction time 40min, ratio of solvent to material 50 : 1 ( mL/g), ethanol concentration 80%, power of ultrasonic 600W.Under the optimized condition,the yield of anthraquinone extracted from whole Aloe barbadensis drying powder was 2.868%.关键词
