摘要

Abstract

The antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Zizyphus Jujube was studied.The flavonoids from Zizyphus Jujube was extracted by ethanol and the antioxidant activity of the extraction liquid was also investigated by using three chemiluminescence systems.The results indicated that the flavonoids of Zizyphus Jujube had powerful ability to scavenge O2-·,·OH and H2O2.The 50% inhibition concentrations(IC50)were 64.96,6.52,0.98mg/L,and the extraction had strong antioxidant activity.
