摘要

Abstract

Carboxy-leucomalachite green(COOH-LMG)was synthesized facilely with N,N-dimethylanilin and 4-Carboxybenzaldehyde as raw materials,and it was identified by the thin layer chromatography(TLC),infrared spectrometry(IRS),ultraviolet spectrum(UV)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer(LC-MS).COOH-LMG was conjugated to bovine serum albumin(BSA),ovalbumin(OVA)to form antigen and immunogen,and they were identified by UV spectra analysis.The antibodies against leucomalachite green(LMG)were obtained from rabbits after five times immunizations.The titer of the polyclonal antibody against the LMG was about 1:64000 by indirect ELISA.It laid the foundation for further gain monoclonal anti-LMG and its immunological assay.
