摘要

Abstract

The formation of dextran has caused serious problems in sugar processing.Dextranase was applied to breakdown dextran.Firstly,the content of dextran and filtration rate of sugarcane mixed juice,which was exposed to the natural environment were determined.Then single factor experiments were conducted,with enzyme dosage,pH,temperature and reaction time to be factors.The reference results were:enzyme dosage 10~15mg/kg,pH5.0~6.0,temperature 50~65℃,and reaction time 10~15min.Finally,in the optimal condition,a confirmatory experiment was conducted by simulating practical of sugar processing:adding 10mg/kg dextranase,dextran in clarified juice was removed 61.32%,settling time was cut down 13.46%,purity was raised 0.65%,pH and Brix had no obvious changes.
