摘要

Abstract

Lipase G 50 was adsorbed on 3 macroporous resin,including D380,CAT600 and AB-8,and the immobilized lipase was used to synthesize diacylglycerol by the esterification between glycerol and fatty acid.The maximum lipase activity was obtained by immobilization on resin D380.Optimal conditions were obtained as follows:glycerol/FA molar ratio of 5:1,7.5% of immobilized lipase amount(w/w)and 35℃.The conversion rate of fatty acid was 76.39% and the esterification product contained 43.89% diacylglycerol,and no triacylglycerol after 96h under those optimum conditions.In addition,immobilized lipase G 50 had good stability,and the conversion rate of fatty acid and the content of diacylglycerol reached 65.76% and 38.45% respectively after 5 batches of catalysis reaction under the same condition.
