The influence on chilling injury of the cucumber fruit underdifferent storage temperatures and storage time

Abstract
The systematic test on the cell membrane electrolyte permeability of cucumber fruit under storage temperature 0~20℃ in 15 days was made in order to research the influence under various storage temperatures and storage time of cucumber,and analyze the effect and relationships of chilling injury.The results showed that:the occurrence of chilling injury of cucumber was connected with storage temperature and treatment time,and the changes of electrolyte permeability could reflect the damaged extent of cucumber cell tissue and the relationship in chilling injury under different storage temperatures and storage time adequately.Research found that the permeability was the highest and most obviously under 0℃ with the maximum increment.That the lower the storage temperature,the more obviously changes in electrolyte permeability with the sooner jump,then the sooner the occurrence of chilling injury of cucumber.With the extent of storage time,the cell membrane electrolyte permeability increased along with chilling injury aggravating.At the same time,appropriate variable temperature treatment could relieve and restrain the occurrence of chilling injury effectively,and extent the storage time.关键词
