Abstract
Feruloyl oligosaccharides (FOs) are functional oligosaccharides, which have gained a wide of attention for its significant physiological functions. In this paper, the structure and origin of FOs are summarized. The functions and preparation of FOs are also discussed. Finally, the utilization and development prospects of FOs are also proposed.关键词
