聚酰胺吸附-HPLC测定饮料和糖果中的20种水溶性色素
Determination of 20 Water-soluble Pigments in Beverages and Candy by Polyamide
摘要
Abstract
Research developed a polyamide absorption-HPLC method to determine 20 kinds of water-soluble pigments in beverages and candy.Samples were extracted with water,then absorbed-desorbed by polyamide,finally analyzed by Eclipse XDB C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was: 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate – methanol-acetonitrile;wavelength was 450nm,520 nm and 620nm,respectively.A good linear relationship was obtained from 2.00 μg/mL to 50.0 μg/mL.The R.S.D.of samples reproducibility(n=6) was 0.51%~7.8%;the recovery of the method was in the range of 71.4%~109.2%;the limit of detection was 0.03~0.3 mg/kg.The method was accurate and reproducible,it was suitable for analysis of several water-soluble pigments in beverages and candy simultaneously.关键词
