混合菌种对玉米秸秆降解作用的效果研究
Study on Degradation of Corn Straw by Mixed Strains

Abstract
In order to degrade and utilize the corn straw, the strain sand SN were used in fermentation. Hie results showed that there was no antagonism between them. Strain S and SN were mixed to grow on PDA. Degradation experiment with mixed strains for cornstalk degradation under optimal condition reached 53.2% in 25d, compared with the original strain S (degradation rate 50.73%) the degradation rate increased by 4.87%, and compared with strain SN the degradation rate increased by 11.76%. The results showed the effect of mixture fermentation is better than single strain fermentation.关键词
