The study progress of the applications of dietary fiber and prebiotics in infant milk powder
摘要
Abstract
As a new nutritional ingredient, dietary fiber is fully used in health products and foods. But it has no breakthrough in the food of infant formula. On January 12, Ministry of Health approved soluble fiber - polydextrose to be used as nutrition enhancer in infant food, which is the gospel for infant food market. Proceed with the relative experiments of polydextrose used in infant formula in developed countries emphatically, this article further discusses the possibility for the polydextrose used in infant foods, to contribute to the forecast study for the healthy development of infant foods.关键词
