摘要

Abstract

The feasibility study on reutilization of discarded liquor produced in instant tea production had been done in this paper. The discarded liquor could be recovered and utilized by physical and chemical methods such as conversion solution, pumped in Oxygen and other physical or chemical measures. The detection results showed that the discarded powder and the same batch finished instant tea powder had a similar physicochemical index. The discarded powder had a good solubility, stability and clarity, and it had a bright red liquor color and mellow taste.
