Abstract
The mechanism and main characteristic of chromatographic fractionation is introduced in this paper. Research was carried out to study the application of chromatographic fractionation in separation and purification of isomaltooligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide and galactooligosaccharide, the results provide references for industrialized production , and extend the application fields of the technology in producing of functional oligosaccharides, which laid the foundation of the high purify oligosaccharides development.关键词
