中华真地鳖抗氧化肽的分离及其抗氧化活性的研究
Study on Isolation and Antioxidant Activity of Antioxidant Peptide from Eupolyphaga Sinensis Walker

Abstract
The separation of antioxidant peptides from the enzymatic hydrolysate of Eupolyphaga sinensis Walker and the antioxidant activities of the peptides were investigated. Three fractions, including FI, FII, and Fill, were obtained by DEAE-Sephadex A 50 chromatogiaphy, of which, fraction FII exhibited the highest O2-·, OH·, and DPPH· scavenging capabilities, reaching 86.83% (10 mg/mL), 92.28% (0.7 mg/mL), and 68.06% (1.8 mg/mL), and the corresponding IC50s were 5.98 mg/mL, 0.27 mg/mL, and 1.09 mg/mL, respectively. Fraction FII was further purified by HPLC and the optimum resolution was yielded in acetonitrile concentration range of 0-30% and sample load of 1 mg.关键词
