气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定果蔬中有机磷农药残留量
Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides in Fruits and Vegetables by Gas ChromatographyMass Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
A quick analysis method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination 11 organochlorine pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.The sample was extracted by aceonitrile and then the eluate was evaporated to dryness with nitrogen, and then separated on DB-1701 capillary column and detemined by mass spectrog-raphy. Compounds were identified and quantified by external standard method based on retention times and characteristic ions in SCAN mode. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit of the method was 0.005-0.015 mg/kg, the recovery of standard addition was 82.6%~102.5% and the relative itrile onstandard deviation was from 2.46%-9.69%. Therefore, the sensitivity, the accuracy and the precision of the method could meet the requirements of organochlorine pesticide residues analysis in Fruits and Vegetables.关键词
