Study on the Physiological Health Functions of Selenium and Seleniumenriched Peanut
摘要
Abstract
The physiological health functions of selenium and the selenium content of peanut in Henan province were summarized. The results showed that the selenium content of Yuanza 9102, Yuhua black 1 and Yuanza 0005 were relatively higher than that of other varieties and strains. These 3 varieties were along to peanut rich in selenium and within the scope of nut selenium （0. 01--1.00mg/kg） according to selenium-rich food classification standard （DB6124. 01 -2010） .关键词
