摘要

Abstract

At present, research reportabout Lycopene almost focus on the fundamental studies about lycopene extraction, lycopene preparation, basic and pharmacological studies, but the studies involving the digestive absorption, the dosage and safety of lycopene are relatively less. SD rats' gastric perfusion was tested using the tomato paste which lyeopene content was 0. 006% and the lycopene oleoresin which concentration was 2% , 4% and 6%. Their excrement and urine were collected, lycopene of them was extracted, and the lycopene in the extracted liquid was detected according to the national standards. At last, the digestibility was figured out as above 99%.
